About Us

We created Northwest Anesthesia Solutions because we saw the need for increased quality anesthesia coverage in dental offices in Oregon and Washington. We want to be the solution to providing that service and availability. All of our CRNAs have years of independent anesthesia experience, and bring a wide breadth of knowledge and skill to every office in which they provide care. Until we work together in person, here is a little bit about each of us.

Meet The Team

Adam G Kearns, MS, CRNA

Adam started his anesthesia career in the Trenton, NJ where he worked at a level 1 trauma center as well as an open heart center performing bypass surgeries. In 2007, he relocated to Portland, Oregon for a better life for his family. In Oregon, he has worked at most of the Portland-Metro area hospitals providing anesthesia for a wide variety of cases. In 2016, he began to bring his experience to the dental arena. In the beginning he would travel the state caring for pediatric patients in desperate need of service. His practice gradually grew to include adults, and special needs patients. He feels very passionate about providing safe anesthesia for dental patients in the comfort of their primary office, preventing a trip to the hospital for care or referral to a different office and doctor. Whether it is the dental phobic pt, a small child or just a patient that has a lot of work to be done he is dedicated to making it a safe and comfortable experience.

When he is not providing anesthesia care, he is a devoted father and partner who enjoys all the outdoor experiences the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Lauren Tidwell, MN, CRNA

A Florida native, Lauren Tidwell joined the healthcare industry in 2005 after discovering her passion for helping others while volunteering at Make-A-Wish Foundation in Orlando. She chose nursing as a way to answer her calling. After gaining experience in the Surgical ICU, Lauren enrolled in Wolford College in Naples, FL to earn a Master’s in Anesthesia, becoming a licensed CRNA in 2012. Since that time, Lauren has practiced in a variety of healthcare settings across the country, including Florida, Virginia and Texas, until she settled in Oregon in 2016. Today, she is proud to bring her rich professional background and more than 10 years of anesthesia experience to every patient she serves.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys exploring the landscape of the state she loves and calls home, whether it’s sampling wine at a local Willamette Valley winery or traveling abroad in search of the next great adventure. She continues to enjoy her humanitarian work with surgical mission trips to Guatemala. She has two fur-children, Olive and Winston.

Megan Muhleman, BS

Megan began her dental career in 2010, after several years working in physical and mental health. She has experience working in, and with, large corporate dental companies as well as small, independent offices. With her experience can help answer any insurance, billing, or scheduling questions you may have.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling, cooking, home improvement projects, and exploring all the PNW has to offer.
